My comments on the talk I think grit can be a key factor in a person's success. Just as the film says IQ is not necessarily a good person, but if you have a grit and are determined, then your chances of success will be significantly higher. However, it is not a grit that can succeed. The key is to do something firmly, so that the chance of success is greater.
